Day of Event - September 8, 2018

Thank you for celebrating our 15th anniversary with us on September 8th, 2017.

The schedule:

9am: registration opens

10am: Opening ceremony at the Tree of Hope with emcee Bill Jartz

10:30am: Journey of Hope Walk begins

10:30-10:40 ThedaStar Helicopter lands

11am: Lunch is served

12:00 noon: Prizes for top fund raisers are announced.

12:15: Live auction

12:30: Silent auction ends

1pm: break down tables, chairs, clean up, and celebrate the 13th Journey of Hope!

Things to remember:
Please bring all cash and checks you have collected to the registration table when you check in and get your tshirt. We will add this to your online donations for your total. Top fundraisers are calculated as soon as registration is complete, so if you come late or forget to hand in your cash, you may miss out on great prizes!!

Preregistration is greatly appreciated as it allows up to best prepare for a great day. However, if you didn’t register online by 5pm on Friday the 6th, we would still love you have you on Saturday!

We will hold the event rain or shine, but in the event of severe weather, we will announce plans online and via Facebook. Like us on Facebook to get your update!!

We are always in need of items for the silent auction. If you have something to donate, please drop it off at the front desk of NeuroSpine Center of Wisconsin as soon as possible!
